Heartiest congratulations must go to our very own Phil Sugarman for successfully obtaining his RYA National Cruising Instructor’s ticket recently. More especially at a time when gale force winds were being recorded around the country and Phil was under significant pressure from all sides!
This is a seriously high level qualification and the High Seas is very proud to have Phil as its Rear Commodore. Well done!!
